Yinka Mayomi

Yinka Mayomi is a Security and Safety Professional with over 10 years of experience in intelligence gathering, information security management, and background verification across Nigeria, Kenya, and Canada.
He served on the recruitment committee at the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Nigeria, conducting candidate screening and background verification, and has also carried out background checks for ARG Consulting in Kenya.
Yinka founded Illumeva Assurance to close the gap between what immigration authorities need to verify about applicants and what local African record systems can efficiently provide. He holds a LLM in International Security, with certification in Safety, from the University of Leicester.
Gideon Tobi Imoh
Business & Brand Strategy Lead
Gideon Tobi Imoh is a business development consultant and strategist with experience spanning technology, agriculture, program management, and public–private partnerships across Africa.
He currently serves as MD/CEO of Afri-Vast Consulting and Innovations Ltd. Previously, as Project/Administrative Manager at The Big Break Moment Africa, he led international expansion strategy and spearheaded Africa’s first edutainment reality TV initiative, and as Program Director at Model Mark Edutainment Limited, he managed program planning and stakeholder execution. His earlier work as a Research Assistant/Community Lead and in program roles with CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations) adds strong process discipline and stakeholder coordination experience.
Gideon leads Illumeva Assurance’s institutional partnerships, proposal development, and brand strategy.
Yvonne Mamman, FICA
Financial & Compliance Lead
Yvonne Mamman is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in governance, public sector advisory, financial management, and multi-cultural project delivery across Africa.
She currently serves as Senior Director, Programme at the Institute for Governance and Leadership Studies in Africa (IGLSA), designing and leading capacity-building programmes, policy dialogues, and leadership development initiatives for government institutions, civil society, and development partners. Alongside this, she is an independent consultant advising on finance, strategy, and fund mobilization, and holds directorship roles at Jade and Jayden Services Limited (Executive Director, Finance) and Lorac Jay Limited in Nairobi, Kenya, supporting payment solutions and agro-commodity trade.
Her earlier career includes Group Head, Treasury at Fast Credit Limited, where she managed cash, liquidity, and financial risk, and Team Head/Relationship Officer at Sterling Asset Management & Trustees Limited.
Yvonne holds an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University and a BA in International Relations, is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (Nigeria), and is certified in Treasury Risk Management and Finance for Non-Finance Executives. She is also recognized as a United Nations Online Volunteer for her contributions to the SDGs.
